This mango delight is eggless and we are not using gelatin or Agar Agar. You can add them if you want but without them also it tastes yum and creamy.

Mango Mousse Dessert Recipe

Ingredients

  • Mangoes: 2-3
  • Sugar: 1-2 tbsp (as per your taste)
  • Mixed Fruit Jam: (optional)
  • Whipped Cream: 1-2 cups

Note: To prepare whipped cream, you can take whipping cream and then whip it till the stiff peaks form.

If it's not available, fresh cream can also be used. You need to take the solid portion and then carefully whip it so that it doesn't turn into butter.

You can add one tbsp of powdered sugar to the cream or as per your taste.

Instructions

1. Peel mangoes and cut into small pieces.

2. Put them in a mixer. Add one tbsp of sugar or as per your taste. If mangoes are sweet then you can add a lesser amount of sugar.

3. Now grind them into a smooth pulp.

 5. Take out this mango pulp in two bowls dividing equally.

6. Now add 3-4 tsp of cream to one bowl of mango pulp. Whisk it well or fold it into a creamy mixture.

7. Now take a glass to assemble the dessert. You can pipe the mango pulp mixture in the glass or use a spoon to do the same. Also, use a spoon to flatten the surface.

8. Next, take the second bowl of mango pulp and add 8-10 tsp of cream to it to make a lighter colour than the earlier layer.

9. Now put this into another piping bag and pipe the second layer in the glass and using a spoon to flatten the surface.

10. We will give a twist to our mango mousse style dessert by adding the third layer of mixed fruit jam. Arrange this third jam layer in the glass.
