SC Orders 'CBI for SSR'
Supreme Court has ordered CBI probe in Sushant's case. It is a big victory for SSR’s fans and family who want to know the truth.
Now CBI will start its investigation and find out the lacuna and solve the mystery. The CBI team will recreate the crime scene and conduct the dummy test.
Justice Hrishikesh Roy, who said CBI will be the sole agency to probe his death, declined to grant permission to Maharashtra.
Sushant's case is as shrouded in mystery as it was two months back. Amidst the web of conspiracy theories, his US-based sister Shweta Singh Kirti has been demanding CBI enquiry for her brother.
Actor's ex-girlfriend Ankita Lokhande along with many other celebs have joined the campaign #CBIforSSR. Shweta has also started another initiative #GlobalPrayers4SSR.
The California State Assembly has honoured the Dil Bechara actor for his contributions to cinema, on the two-month anniversary of his death.
Sushant's diary has revealed that he had plans to move to Hollywood. The late actor wanted to improve his acting skills and sign with a top Hollywood agency.

Who is the mystery girl who entered the crime scene on the day when Sushant was found dead?
A mystery woman was spotted at the late actor's residence in video clips of June 14 that surfaced. The girl was seen in a white and blue striped top and brown pants with a pair of slippers. She wore a black mask and gloves.
As per the sources, the identity of the mystery girl has been disclosed. She is Jameela Calcuttawala, rumoured girlfriend of Rhea Chakraborty's brother Showik Chakraborty.
Apart from her, Mahesh Shetty and Priyanka Khemani too reached his residence after hearing about the incident but cops didn't allow them to enter.
Who is the man running away with the black bag when Sushant's body was being taken out?
The mystery behind the man with the black bag is solved. A video is going viral in which a man appears to be running out of the residence carrying a black bag in his hand while Sushant's body was being taken out.
As per the sources, it's revealed that it was a portable bag that is used to carry a dead body where stretcher can't be reached. Late actor's flat is on the 6th floor and the stretcher could not be taken through the lift or stairs. The man who was seen running is the Ambulance driver. He brought down SSR's body from the 6th floor to ground floor.
Why two ambulances were called to take Sushant's body to the hospital?
The question of why two ambulances were called to take the actor's body to the hospital has also been answered now. The driver revealed that a wheel of the stretcher in the first ambulance was not working and hence the second ambulance was called.
Why there was a delay in handing over Sushant's Mobile to the forensic department?
According to sources, the Mumbai Police sent the late actor's phone for the forensic exam after three weeks (24 days) after SSR's death. The big question is - why they have taken so much of time?
Due to this delay, the forensic department had first refused to accept the phone but later admitted it for the examination. As per the rulebook, the forensic team requires the electronic for a mirror image.
This points to yet another lapse on the part of Mumbai Police in this case. The mobile is one of the crucial evidence that can unlock the mystery.

Was SSR paying the EMI of the flat in which Ankita Lokhande is living?
Vikas Singh, the lawyer of SSR's father told media that two flats were bought by Sushant and Ankita. SSR's flat no is 403 while Ankita's flat no is 404. They were both paying the EMIs of their own flats.
Later the flats were transformed into one. Ankita has told that she would make the payment to the family.
After their break-up, the MS Dhoni actor has shifted to another place.
It was disclosed by the Enforcement Directorate to the media that the Chhichhore actor's ex-girlfriend Ankita Lokhande is staying in the Rs. 4.5 crore flat, which is registered in Sushant's name, and it's EMI was being deducted from his bank account.
Rhea Chakraborty had told ED that the flat was occupied by Ankita.
In response to this, Ankita shared a post on social media to clarify that she has been paying the EMIs of her flat.
She shared her flat's registration document and bank statement and wrote, "Here I cease all the speculations. As transparent as I could be. My Flat's Registration as well as my Bank Statement (01/01/19 to 01/03/20) highlighting the EMIs being deducted from my account on a monthly basis. There is nothing more I have to say."

It's revealed by sources that few of the pages from the actor's diary have been torn. The question is - who tore the pages? Did someone try to tamper with the evidence? It is also a possibility that the actor himself tore off the pages.
Why Sushant's autopsy report misses the time of death?
Vikas Singh also raised doubts about the post mortem report. According to him, the report does not mention the time of death which is a crucial detail.
He told the news agency ANI, "Whether Sushant was hung after being killed or he died by hanging can be cleared with the time of death. Mumbai Police and Cooper Hospital will have to answer these questions. CBI enquiry is needed in this matter to know the truth,"
Who is the unknown person saved as AU in Rhea's mobile?
As Rhea Chakraborty has been questioned by the Enforcement Directorate in the money laundering case, her call log showed ‘AU’ dialled multiple times. According to her call records, she received 17 calls from ‘AU’ and made 44 calls to this mystery person.
Aditya Thackeray's name cropped up as his twitter handle is @AUThackeray. But later Rhea's legal team told that AU is her close friend Annaya Uddhas.

It came to notice that Rhea had deleted some of her What's App chats. According to sources, ED is trying to retrieve these messages.
Her call records revealed that she has received more calls from ex-manager Shruti Modi, who also happens to be SSR’s former business manager and his house-manager Samuel Miranda than Sushant.
As per the sources, she spoke with Miranda till 14th July and was also in touch with Sidhharth Pithani and Dipeesh Sawant.
Her one-year call detail has revealed that she called Miranda 287 times, Shruti Modi 791 times, Siddharth Pithani 100 times, Deepesh Sawant around 41 times. She also spoke to the filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt 16 times and Bollywood actor Aditya Roy Kapur 23 times.
