The official trailer has become the first movie trailer to get over 10 million likes (over one crore) on YouTube! Earlier the trailer has broken the record of Avengers Endgame and Infinity War. It became the most liked trailer on YouTube within 24 hours of its release. It got a whopping 4.8 million likes in just one day.
It had crossed 5 million views within one hour of the release. It has been trending since the day it was dropped and has crossed 71 million views.
Story
An official Hindi remake of the super-hit Hollywood film 'The Fault In Our Stars', this romantic drama showcases the story of Kizie Basu and Immanuel Rajkumar Junior or Manny. They fall in love with each other but life is not all that hunky-dory for the couple.
Kizie is suffering from thyroid cancer and Manny had a brush with osteosarcoma. Watch the movie and join the two lovers on an emotional rollercoaster ride that life offers them.
Most parts of the film were shot in Jamshedpur while some scenes were also shot in Paris.
Trivia: Earlier the movie was titled as Kizie aur Manny but was changed later as inspired by the lyrics of a song penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya.
Cast & Crew
The movie is a directorial debut of Mukesh Chhabra. Sushant has played the lead alongside debutante Sanjana Sanghi. Sanjana was last seen in 'Rockstar' and 'Fukrey Returns'.
Saif Ali Khan too would be seen in a cameo. As per the reports, Saif will be seen in the character of the author Peter Van Houten in the film.
Produced by Fox Star Studios, the film’s release had got delayed several times due to post-production delays and later due to the nationwide COVID-19 lockdown.
